Gwen Merz is the 32-year-old personal finance aficionado behind the blog Fiery Millennials. She discovered the Financial Independence Retire Early community in her early 20’s and made it her mission to share her story and inspire her fellow 20-something-year-olds. By age 27, Gwen had saved over $200,000 and began a journey of self-discovery through entrepreneurship, side hustles, and multiple career changes. She was motivated to find and build communities as her location changed throughout the country. Gwen can currently be found loving life in St Louis, Missouri with her beloved Siberian Forest Cat, Bartholomew.
