There’s still hope — and here’s why you’ve got a real shot at still getting in:
Attendees can request a refund up to 30 days before the event, and they often do because let’s be real: most people buy the ticket before they’re totally sure it fits into their schedule.
In fact, for the 2025 event, 25% of ticket holders requested refunds, which meant over 100 tickets were offered to the waitlist.
Here’s the thing:
Even though the waitlist had more than 600 people on it… most of them didn’t buy when it was their turn.
So if you’re clear that you want to be there:
👉 Join the waitlist.
👉 Watch your inbox (and check your spam folder!).
👉 When it’s your turn, you’ll have 24 hours to purchase the ticket.
2. Join the EconoMe Facebook group
In the final few weeks before the event, we always have a handful of attendees who can’t make it last minute. Many of them will resell their tickets in our Facebook group.
There will be a pinned post to help connect buyers with sellers — just keep an eye on the feed as we get closer to the event.
3. Sign up for our mailing list
Be the first to know when tickets go on sale for future events so that you don’t miss out again!
Transportation, accommodations, parking, food, and booze are not included. However, we will make sure you’re caffeinated in the morning 🙂
We’re working on an incredible lineup and can’t wait to tell you about it! Sign up for our mailing list to be notified when the 2026 speakers are announced.

We partner with three hotels in close vicinity to the event venue. The links to the hotel blocks are included in your email confirmation when you purchase your ticket, but you can see the details on the hotels we partner with below.
You are highly encouraged to Google alternative options as well as consider things like airbnb/vrbo, and room shares (advice below).
Remember that to experience the event in full, you should travel in on Thursday March 19th, and leave on Monday March 23rd. Our tentative schedule is here. (plus there is usually an “unofficial” welcome party on Thursday night).
The blocks will sell out, so if you don’t get a discounted room, you’re encouraged to reserve a room outside of the block before the hotel sells out completely. Each hotel tends to get 10-15 room block cancellations as the event gets closer. It is advised to book a room outside the block and then call as we get closer to see if any rooms in the block have opened up.

Park in the Woodside Garage. Parking is $10 on Friday and $5 on Saturday and Sunday, but if you leave an come back on the same day, you’d need to pay again. There will be decals on the sidewalks to help you navigate from Woodside garage to the event venue. And check out this map for walking directions.
We are not offering a virtual paid option because EconoMe really needs to be experienced in person in order for attendees to get ample value out of the cost of the ticket. However, all the speeches will be professionally recorded and available on the EconoMe Conference YouTube channel for FREE. You can go there now, subscribe, and check out the speeches from previous events.
The EconoMe Conference strives to plan events that are inclusive and accessible to enable everyone, including individuals with disabilities, to engage in and experience the event as fully as possible. Consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) we will provide reasonable accommodation when requested. To request an accommodation or ask us questions about accessibility, please contact diania@
EconoMe is an adult centered event that is inappropriate for children, especially young children. Much of our content is provocative, and the speakers may use fowl language on stage. We do not recommend bringing children and no child care is offered. If you determine your teenager is mature enough to handle it, we leave to your discretion but they need to be a registered attendee.
In an effort to keep the ticket price as accessible as possible, we will not be offering food at EconoMe. We encourage you to bring your lunch, snacks, and a water bottle (there are bottle filling stations to help you stay hydrated!)
We will have coffee for you in the morning to ensure that you’re PUMPED UP for our amazing speakers.
There is a food court in the Tangeman University Center and you can check out the other food options that are within walking distance here.
