Allison Harrison knows that financial independence is only as strong as the legal framework supporting it. As an impact-driven attorney and founder of ALH Law Group, Allison has guided more than 3,500 individuals and minority-owned businesses through high-stakes decisions, helping them protect what they’ve built and plan for what comes next with clarity and confidence.
While she operates a multi-state law firm, Allison’s work centers on closing the gap between the law and the people it too often overlooks. She builds legal protections for individuals, families, and entrepreneurs whose lives and businesses do not always fit neat legal boxes, including LGBTQ+ individuals and couples who face added legal and financial vulnerability without proactive planning.
Beyond her legal practice, Allison serves as President of the Diversity Chamber of Central Ohio and hosts the Cbus Mob podcast, where she amplifies the voices of minority business owners driving local economic growth. She is also passionate about working with people through moments of change, ensuring the law affirms and protects their true identity.
She is dedicated to making legal protection accessible to everyone, not just those the system was designed for. Her goal is to ensure that once you build your seat at the table, you have the legal foundation to stay there.
